A Regenexx clinic. Well-regarded enough that its physicians teach Interventional Orthobiologics Foundation training courses.

A direct primary care (DPC) clinic, meaning patients pay a membership fee for a more personal level of primary care. For a patient in the market for DPC, a huge benefit here is that the clinic only charges for the cost of supplies for injections. I do not see information about what injections they perform or what they inject. It can be worthwhile do determine how they create PRP and what concentration they acheive, for example.
Two emergency medicine doctors run this clinic. They offer a very broad variety of services including aesthetic treatments, weight loss, and lab testing. I would like to know more about their expertise in injections for musculoskeletal problems like joint pain. Many problems, such as rotator cuff injuries, require a rather high degree of expertise. They are at least members of the Interventional Orthobiologics Foundation, which displays in interest in keeping up to date. Their website mentions only PRP and not stem cells. Which can be fine and might suggest that the doctors limit their injections to more straightfoward techniques. A clinic that also offers stem cell injections is arguable better equipped to treat more serious injuries.
